Driver was 'huffing' chemical vapours before crash that killed four in Wisconsin, say police

Colten Treu, 21, drove his pickup truck into the group of Scouts, the Lake Hallie Police Department said.

Treu is expected to appear at a bond hearing at 10 a.m. Monday.
