Despite Trump's familiar fiery rhetoric, there are reports that the migration issue prompted a furious row between senior Trump advisers - National Security Adviser John Bolton and Chief of Staff John Kelly - in the White House. It said officials were already assisting some migrants who had crossed and requested refugee status.

White House officials say if an individual evades the new system and reaches the United States border, Mexico will now allow the refugees to be returned to its country. He also suggested they are ready to welcome the migrants with open arms because they are likely to vote for them in elections.
