Verizon launching its 5G home internet service on October 1st

Verizon in the USA has unveiled Verizon 5G Home, which it calls a world-first. Verizon and others have been laying the foundation of 5G networks for some time.

Verizon says that 5G home broadband customers can expect typical speeds of around 300Mbps.

Elizabeth Smart kidnapper to be released from prison
She was transferred to the Utah state prison in April 2016 after finishing a federal sentence in the USA state of Texas. Barzee's state sentence ends on September 19, 2018", according to a statement from the Board of Pardons and Parole.

Interestingly, Verizon isn't hiding from the fact that its initial fixed wireless internet service uses the company's proprietary 5GTF standard and not the official 3GPP 5G standard. There are no data caps with Verizon 5G Home. After that intro period, the cost will be $50 per month with a "qualifying smartphone plan" or $70 per month if not a Verizon Wireless customer.

"First On 5G" customers will get free professional installation and a free router along with the first crack at scoring 5G-capable Verizon smartphones as they become available. Given that the Chromecast Ultra retails for $69, while the 32GB Apple TV 4K retails for $179, we'd probably go with the latter (you could always sell it after the fact).

The referee though whistled for a free-kick for a foul by the Newcastle player on Neymar midway through the first half. The new general manager, Earnie Stewart, said this week that a permanent coach would be announced this year.

Verizon has been additionally improving its LTE networks, in October adding Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (Massive MIMO) technology across its wireless network in Irvine, California, increasing network capacity and speeds for customers in partnership with Ericsson. Initially, though, it will only be available in Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Sacramento.

This isn't a true 5G mobile service for your phone, but a new way to fill your house or apartment with high-speed internet access.
