After the death of his daughter Evelyn Rodriguez didn't give up and actively participated in the fight against criminal gangs, particularly MS-13, in your area.

In testimony before a House subcommittee previous year, Rodriguez said that residents in her community were so terrified by MS-13 that they refused to let their children play outside.
