Legendary basketball player opened a school in his hometown

The post J.R. Smith congratulates LeBron James on "I Promise School" appeared first on Cavs Nation. Sports has never been something that divides people. "We are letting people know it is about true wrap-around support, true family integration and true compassion".

"I know these kids, basically, better than they know themselves", says James in a personal statement on his multimedia platform UNINTERRUPTED on both the school and joining the Lakers.

"LeBron went to a public school", Keith Liechty-Clifford, the co-ordinator of school improvement for Akron Public Schools, told the L.A. Times. "They just had to not f-k it up". We had to put a cap on it so we could fit under one roof. "You practice excellence everyday and I expect that from not only myself but from my teammates", he said.

The successful establishment of the school follows LeBron's childhood story of having to miss several school days until 1993 when he was taken in by the Walker family who made sure that he made ideal attendance to school in a city school in Akron. "So, it was a surprise to me when I woke up and I was actually going to school".

No fatalities in Aeromexico plane crash in Durango state, officials say
The airline's CEO says the plane was 10 years old, "perfectly maintained" and was last serviced back in February. Officials said 97 people were taken to hospital but that most only had superficial injuries.

James said he does not have set expectations of his new team, but wants to do better than past year, acknowledging they will have good months and not so good months.

On Sunday, James tweeted about his excitement for the school's opening.

LeBron James is inspiring more than just kids with his school in Akron.

So, in 2011, James launched a program called Wheels for Education, in which every new class of third graders was given a new bike and helmet.

Google reportedly planning a censored search engine for China
Winning these people will be an uphill battle for Google, especially if it can not differentiate itself much from Baidu. Project Dragonfly by Google is a custom censored search engine that makes oppression easier than ever before.

In a way, the I Promise School is modeled after James' childhood only more organized and professional.

As far as basketball, the 33-year-old superstar said the decision to leave Cleveland again was hard, but he didn't rule out a second homecoming with the Cavaliers.

When James announced on July 1 that he was leaving the Cavs, Cleveland owner Dan Gilbert, who famously ripped him when he left the first time, said the franchise would retire "the famous #23 Cavs jersey one day down the line".

"LeBron missed a lot of school in the fourth grade". But it was a one-and-done, said Campbell.

Donald Trump insults LeBron James' intelligence: 'I like Mike'
Trump "U bum" on Twitter, writing that since the team already said they weren't going, "therefore ain't no invite". But Trump's election has charged James's outlook, along with other athletes and coaches.
