The new court documents come after it was recently reported Angelina and Brad, 53, are "not even close" to settling their divorce.
Angelina Jolie has allegedly pulled out of the latest Peter Pan reboot "at the 11th hour".
The document also said that Pitt has "paid no meaningful child support since separation" and said that although informal arrangements had been made with him, payments "had not been regularly sustained". A source familiar with the matter, who was not authorised to speak publicly, said that "Brad is someone who fulfils his commitments".
Stan Kroenke makes £1.8bn bid to buy Arsenal
Mr Kroenke, through his wholly-owned Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, now holds a 67% stake in the London club. Kroenke first bought up a 10-percent stake in 2007, which gradually increased to close to 30 percent by 2009.
ET Canada has reached out to Pitt's rep for further comments.
According to an NBC News report, Jolie will now force Pitt to pay the child support, however, the two-page file does not define what constitutes as "meaningful support".
The divorce became contentious nearly immediately after it was announced in September 2016, when Pitt was first accused of roughly handling one of the children on a private jet. Initially, she sought sole physical custody of their six children, Maddox, 17; Pax, 14; Zahara, 13; Shiloh, 12; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10, though Pitt later filed for joint custody.
"The divorce case has been held in front of a private judge to keep it out of the press". Now, she's filed divorce papers in court asking for the star to both pay child support and retroactively pay what he's missed.
11 killed after twin fires unite to form California’s largest wildfire
That can range from anything from a spark from a vehicle that catches fire in dry brush nearby, to, in extreme cases, arson. The wildfires across the West have been fueled this year by drought conditions and unusual three-digit temperatures.
The September 2016 split quickly turned nasty, with the Federal Bureau of Investigation being called in to investigate claims that Pitt hit their eldest child, Maddox, during an argument on a plane.
The release of those documents, which were obtained by The Blast and reviewed by ABC News, were slammed by the actress in a statement as "misleading" and "not in the best interests of the children".
"[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support", the filing states. "It's deplorable that someone for their own selfish reasons leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening".
Fetus discovered on plane from Charlotte to NY
Airport officials this morning tweeted about possible delays, but did not make mention of the reason. A cleaning crew found a dead fetus in the bathroom of an American Airlines plane early Tuesday.
