Thanos Brings Balance To Reddit

Avengers 4

MarvelAvengers 4 Fans are going nuts over the leaked title- but is it accurate

In the film, Thanos defends his quest for the Infinity Gauntlet - and plan to wipe out half the universe - by citing finite resources and overpopulation; culling the herd, he argues, will bring prosperity to those who remain.

The subreddit is paying tribute to Thanos' infamous snap from Infinity War by banning half of their users, restoring balance to the universe and their corner of the internet. With that out of the way, Reddit is going to experience its biggest forum ban ever on July 9th when the moderators of the thanosdidnothingwrong subreddit randomly ban half their members.

Fernando Hierro steps down from Spain role
The 50-year-old has chose to turn down his former role, despite being still under contract with the Spanish FA (RFEF). Spain lead Group B in the opening round of the World Cup, beating Iran 1-0 and tying with both Portugal and Morocco.

Directors Anthony and Joe Russo offered a tease of what is to come by posting a message from Josh Brolin performing the "Thanos snap" with "Reddit, Thanos has a message for you". Luckily, that permission was granted - though the date of the ban was moved from July 3 to July 9, as most of Reddit's engineers were set to celebrate Independence Day with a day off.

"Here we go, Reddit users", Brolin says in the video while delivering his iconic finger snap with a smile on his face. Although Season 2 was aired after Infinity War hit theaters, it makes no reference to the events of the movie.

Tropical Storm Chris to bring showers
It was centered 60 miles (95 kilometers) east of Martinique and was racing west-northwestward at 26 mph (43 kph). The cyclone has barely moved today, and no significant motion is expected during the next day or so.

The subreddit r/thanosdidnothingwrong (firstly, wow, not cool) is now home to 625,584 users, but half will be banned with a click of a mouse button.

What do you think of Brolin's participation in the subreddit snap? Jim Starlin, the dude who created Thanos, spoke to Collider during Comic-Con in Las Vegas and revealed about the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of footage that will be packed for the home video version of the film. Colter also took the opportunity to make a tongue-in-cheek reference to another of Brolin's characters: the Mad Titan, Thanos. We'll be able to see if everything is "perfectly balanced, as all things should be", in a few hours.
