OnePlus CEO confirms company is in talks with United States carriers

Maybe, maybe not. O2 now stocks OnePlus devices, but it's not clear whether that's an exclusivity deal or whether they're the only network that will. If OnePlus can strike a deal to get on one, say AT&T or Verizon, things would be looking pretty good.

Gaining momentum, the Chinese company OnePlus will introduce a smartphone with support for 5G network next year. But, possibly it can be the OnePlus 7.

Lau mentioned that the company's relationship with Qualcomm will enable it to become one of the first few manufacturers to launch a 5G smartphone next year. Considering 5G networks should be available before the end of the year, that means Lau is likely talking about the OnePlus 7 - which will probably arrive in late Spring like this year's OnePlus 6.

He did not speak anything about launching a 5G smartphone in India.

Durant signing 1-and-1 contract with Warriors
Durant reportedly declined his player option for next season in mid-April and was an unrestricted free agent. It is a win for the two-time defending National Basketball Association champion Warriors on several levels.

However, Lau does promise a "burdenless" experience with a commitment to no bloatware.

This schedule applies to all OnePlus 3/3T, OnePlus 5/5T, OnePlus 6 devices and will be effective immediately. Since the launch of OnePlus One, all its devices have been released as unlocked versions. The firm plancherait after the man on a compatible smartphone, which will be presented next year.

Given that 5G is realistically some time away from a global roll-out, OnePlus offering support on its 2019 devices might be innovation too early.
