The "Wedding Crashers" actor's bail was set at $5,000, and he's due back in court on September 10, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office records. The 48-year-old actor was taken into police custody at around 4AM Sunday in Manhattan Beach, just 30 minutes south of Los Angeles, according to law enforcement.
