Whitney Houston Documentary Trailer Features Bobby Brown, Cissy Houston, & More

Mary Jones, Whitney's aunt who found her body, claims Miss Houston had told her she had been sexually abused by Dee Dee Warwick - sister of singer Dionne - between the ages of seven and nine.

Ms Jones mentioned the singer by no means instructed her mum Cissy Houston in regards to the abuse as a result of she felt "ashamed". What's more, she said Houston named Warwick as the perpetrator. It's curious that Cissy appears only at the very start of the film, interviewed briefly in the very church where her daughter's funeral took place. In it, her brother Gary Houston is interviewed about Whitney. She enjoyed enormous success in the 1980s and 90s, selling more than 170 million albums and starring in the box-office smash movie The Bodyguard.

Dee Dee Warwick, who was 18 years older than Houston, died in 2008.

Drug addiction loomed large in Houston's life and contributed to her death, but in another gripping moment from the trailer, Reid denied he knew about the singer's struggle, despite working with her throughout the years. It also covers the depths Houston traveled to "lift up" her husband, Bobby Brown.

Petersburg home, the report indicates they found "extensive" fire damage and minimal smoke in the room where the body was found. Deputy fire marshal Steven Lawrence, who attended the incident told Fox6: "It's like having a small.firecracker in your hand".

The allegations were made in the documentary "Whitney", which was made with the cooperation of Houston's family.

MacDonald also told Vanity Fair that Dionne Warwick has been informed of the accusation, but that "any negative feelings toward her would be completely wrong".

"There was something about her discomfort in her own skin, something about the way she presents or hides herself, her lack of overt sexuality", Macdonald told the publication. She seemed kind of asexual in a odd way. "She's this handsome woman but she's very closed in her demeanor".

Asked who it was, she said Miss Houston replied: 'It was Dee Dee Warwick'.

She also alleged that Allen put a.22 caliber gun into her mouth and threatened to shoot her, forcing her to beg for her life. Ina Rogers, 31, entered the courtroom of Solano County Superior Court Judge William Pendergast flanked by loved ones.

Macdonald foreshadowed to EW how viewers would see the connection to Houston's family and how this influenced her sexual and romantic life. The first film being Nick Broomfield's Whitney: Can I Be Me released last fall. And I thought that was interesting.

One source close to the Warwick family said: 'Dee Dee was openly lesbian in the music industry.

Whitney will hit theaters on July 6.
