The lawsuit. reported on by The Outline, further states that Apple "promoted and sold laptops it knew were defective in that they contain a keyboard that is substantially certain to fail prematurely", and this is the basis of its claim that Apple has continued to sell products it knew to be defective.

The complaint included multiple claims of an issue with the design of Apple's butterfly keyboard mechanism included in MacBook variants manufactured since 2015 and on MacBook Pro models since 2016. The keyboard was advertised as being more responsive and comfortable than its previous iteration.

Bangladesh blasts off with their first ever satellite launch into space
Friday's second effort from SpaceX, formally known as Space Exploration technology, did actually have gone off with out a hitch. Bangabandhu-1 is now on its way to orbit after its successful launching, making Bangladesh's debut in the global space society.

AppleInsider says it collected its data from "assorted Apple Genius Bars in the U.S." that it has worked with for several years, as well as Apple-authorized third-party fix shops. The suit claims that the keyboard is designed in such a way that it resists very little amount of debris or dust. However, the fix could take a week or more, which would leave the user without a laptop for that time. Out of warranty, it costs about $700 to replace this part on a MacBook Pro.

But for some users, the keyboard isn't flawless. Releasing their newest technology during the function, Phil Schiller, SVP of Worldwide Marketing said that the new keyboards are "much more precise, accurate and are 4 times more stable than the older scissor mechanism". Whether the keyboards are eventually fixed in a newer model remains to be seen, but for now, exercise some caution when buying a new Apple laptop, particularly if you type a lot.

Under Apple's warranty, Geniuses might offer to replace the entire top case of the computer, a process that takes about a week. A petition was even launched asking that Apple recall its 2016 MacBook Pro laptops over the keyboard. But of course, they weren't open about it.

The suit goes on to cite numerous complaints from users who posted about issues with the butterfly switches online, including those on Apple's own Community Support forums. This technique doesn't really have a great success rate as per those who have faced the problem.

Wenger has previously said he will continue working in football but won't make a decision until this summer. At the moment I don't at all, because I'm sitting in front of you.

The lawsuit asks Apple be compelled to "provide adequate disclosure of the defective nature of the MacBooks" and "return to Plaintiffs and Class members all costs attributable to remedying or replacing defective MacBook laptops, including but not limited to economic losses from the purchase of replacement laptops".
