Sean Hannity ID'd as Trump Lawyer Michael Cohen's Mystery Client

Jill Rhodes has tended to stay on the sidelines as her husband Sean Hannity plays to millions of viewers each night, but now she has been thrust into the spotlight the revelation that the Fox News host is a client of Michael Cohen, the lawyer who specializes in hushing up extramarital affairs.

Mr Cohen has asked the court to give his own lawyers the first look at the seized materials so they can identify documents that are protected by attorney-client privilege.

Prosecutor Thomas McKay told the judge during a sidebar session on Friday, "This is a fast-moving investigation". One is Donald Trump.

The survey, also known as Tess, is NASA's next step in the search for exoplanets, including those that could support life. In addition, SpaceX is now trying to recover its payload fairing that is the big nose cone on the Falcon 9.

Cohen, Trump's fiercely loyal and pugnacious lawyer, was in court to ask a judge to limit the ability of federal prosecutors to review documents seized from him last week through a warrant as part of a criminal investigation. "It is paramount that the review of Mr. Cohen's data and documents be handled in such a way as to eliminate, as much as possible, even the 'appearance of unfairness, '" the letter said. Lawyers for Michael Cohen argued in court on Monday that they could not identify Hannity because he asked that his name not be disclosed in connection with an Federal Bureau of Investigation seizure of Cohen's files. He also listed in broad terms his legal work in the dozen years before he began working for the Trump Organization in 2007. But an exception exists for documents providing evidence that the attorney was involved in a crime.

The searching of any attorney's office by the government is highly unusual and typically triggers the appointment of a "taint team" to check seized material for attorney-client privilege. Such special consideration is not given to ordinary suspects.

Jill Rhodes did not offer any kind of statement on that incident, and she is quiet once again after Sean Hannity was identified as a client of Michael Cohen.

The poll showed 43 percent of voters opposed such a strike and 34 percent did not know what should be done. The prime minister "should have sought parliamentary approval, not trailed after Donald Trump", he said.

Cohen's lawyers argue that if the court appoints a special master to oversee the issue, "that legal client would allow their name to be disclosed to the special master".

He is facing a criminal inquiry, which the president has strongly criticised.

Prosecutors suggested in their filing that while Cohen "holds himself out as a practicing attorney", he is actually exaggerating the extent of his work in an attempt to cast a wide net of attorney-client privilege over the records seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
