The role of ISI is suspected to be behind the attack and also said that they are planning attacks on other Indian embassies also. None of the employee was present inside the building at the time of explosion.
Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17134 to Insiders on the Fast ring today, replacing build 17133. However, a blocking bug was discovered that delayed the release to the public nearly at the last minute. Stories did however seem to work as intended on Windows 10 PCs which are naturally more powerful than Windows 10 Mobile smartphones and could handle the extra processing necessary for the real-time video editing.
There is still no word as to whether the blocking bug was fixed that was preventing the release of Redstone 4, otherwise known as the "Spring Creators Update".
The fact that Microsoft has released the fixes as a separate build (17134 doesn't come with any other new features or fixes) rather than waiting to include it in a larger, cumulative update shows how seriously it's taking the problem.

The R250 million in seized assets will be restrained pending the outcome of a criminal trial. The Gupta family spokesman could also not be reached.
It would probably take another week for Microsoft to release today's build to all the rings to test it for any last minute issues.
"Regardless of what you decide, it's important to make sure that your PC is ready for a big upgrade as we're very close to the public release of next Windows 10 update".
