Gordon Frost Organisation (GFO) managing director John Frost has apologised to the three women who made the allegations and says he's glad they came forward so their claims can be properly investigated.

McLachlan has vehemently denied allegations of harassment and bullying female cast members during the 2014 production of The Rocky Horror Show, in which he starred as the lead character Frank N Furter.

"Anyone should feel comfortable reporting issues of sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying", he said.

"I understand why the women decided not to come to GFO with their concerns and I am sorry they felt that they may be in some way disadvantaged by making a complaint", Mr Frost said.

The shocking allegations were made by McLachlan's former The Rocky Horror Show musical co-stars, and reportedly took place on and off stage during his 2014 performance as Dr Frank-N-Furter, the ABC and Fairfax report in a joint investigation.

When she told McLachlan her age, 22, she said he replied with "I love 22-year-olds".

However Frost has revealed he fails to remember any such discussion about McLachlan. "I met the same Craig you and everybody else knew".

"I can only explain this by pointing out that I speak to many people backstage across many productions and have little time to spend with each person".

The actress also dismissed those accusing her of coming forward for money.

She alleges McLachlan kissed her twice on the cheeks as he left following an uncomfortable ride.

His comments come after two more women claimed the actor sexually harassed them.

McLachlan has strenuously denied those allegations against him, describing them as baseless, vicious and outrageous.

"They seem to be simple inventions, perhaps made for financial reasons, perhaps to gain notoriety", he said in a statement on Monday.

The three women said they sent a detailed list containing details of the alleged offences committed by McLachlan past year to GFO, which in turn threatened to sue them on the grounds of defamation.
