The incident happened on Saturday night at Trabzon airport in north-east Turkey.
Pegasus Airlines confirmed in a statement on Sunday (Jan 14) there were no injuries among the 162 passengers onboard as well as two pilots and four cabin crew after they were evacuated.

Trabzon Governor Yucel Yavuz said a crisis desk had been set up after the accident.
Yavus said the airport had been closed overnight to launch an investigation. No one was injured or killed in the landing, reports said.
