Disney bumps Twitter CEO, Facebook COO from board

In its annual proxy filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Disney said Twitter's Jack Dorsey and Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg would not be renominated to serve on its board.

Disney is moving heavily into online delivery of its TV shows and movies as viewers abandon traditional cable, and at one point had explored an acquisition of Twitter.
