After almost six years of anticipation, Floridians on Saturday will be able to board Brightline's fleet of colorful passenger trains and travel at speeds up to 79 miles per hour between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

A standard one-way trip between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach will cost $10.

Hop on the trains and check out the Smart and Select Coaches, the leather seats, the technology, food services, and even the touchless restrooms. A segment is one way between Brightline's West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale stations.

Over the past month, the company has been operating simulated service to prepare for operational readiness.
