Several witnesses told police they had heard an argument between the suspect and another passenger and the suspect made threats to kill "everyone on the bus" and reportedly made a motion to his waistband that he was removing a gun, police say. The caller stated a man on the bus was threatening to shoot people.
33-year-old Margarito Vargas-Rosas was arrested and could be charged with Making Terroristic Threats, a felony, and disorderly conduct. Police pursued the bus, which crossed over from Wisconsin into IL.
